Product Description
Shredded solid wastes, viscous industrial/hazardous and waste liquids are blended in the Mixer for homogenization of mass quality and calorific value, and for increased flowability for enclosed transportation by piping system. The secondary pollution is avoided and the industrial hygienic condition of the operation environments is greatly increased in this way.
?
1. Equipped with dual-shaft paddles or spiral ribbon blades, our mixers achieve a uniformity rate of ≥95% for materials with moisture content between 30–60%. Ideal for homogenizing RDF, MSW, kitchen waste, and industrial sludge before further treatment.
2. All structural parts are made from Q345B or 304/316L stainless steel, depending on application. The mixing tank is reinforced with wear-resistant liners, ensuring over 20,000 hours of continuous operation under heavy-duty industrial loads.
3. Adopts a low-speed high-torque gearbox with a typical energy consumption of ≤0.15 kWh per ton of mixed waste. Optimized motor efficiency (IE3 or higher) ensures lower operational costs and supports carbon reduction goals.
4. Mixing speed adjustable from 10–60 rpm, with frequency inverter control. The agitation intensity and time can be customized to match the viscosity and bulk density of various waste materials (up to 1.2 t/m3).
5. Designed with sealed shafts and self-cleaning blades to reduce material buildup. Maintenance cycle typically only required every 1,000–1,500 hours, and critical spare parts have a ≥2-year service life under normal conditions.

Note: The above data are standard configurations for typical models and can’t be used as the only principle for type / model selection, such facts as viscosity / liquid ratio of the mixture should also be taken into consideration, actual data are subject to adjustment according to specific requirements. More models and configurations are for inquiry and for face-to-face discussion.

Waste Management Facilities
In municipal and industrial waste treatment plants, solid waste mixers/agitaters play a critical role in homogenizing diverse types of waste such as sludge, organic matter, and industrial residues. With large-capacity mixing drums (ranging from 1 to 15 m3) and dual-shaft agitation, our equipment ensures consistent material texture, which improves efficiency in downstream processes such as shredding, drying, or incineration. This reduces the likelihood of equipment blockage and enhances throughput by up to 30%.
?
Recycling Centers
For recycling operations, uniform mixing of materials like plastics, paper, and metals is crucial to reduce cross-contamination. Our mixers are equipped with variable-speed drives and anti-clogging paddles, allowing precise control over agitation strength based on material density. By improving pre-sorting homogeneity, recycling efficiency is increased, and output purity can be enhanced by over 20%.
?
Composting Operations
In compost production, moisture distribution and oxygenation are key to accelerating organic degradation. Our agitators feature robust helical blades and optional water spray systems that maintain ideal moisture levels (40%–60%) and mixing frequency. This results in faster microbial activity, reducing composting cycles from 60 days to 40 days on average, while improving the quality of the final compost.

Biomass Processing
When producing biomass fuels from agricultural residue, food waste, or organic sludge, our mixers help in breaking down fibrous materials and blending them with binders or additives. With torque ratings exceeding 15,000 Nm and reinforced abrasion-resistant linings, they are capable of handling high-viscosity organic waste without loss in performance. This ensures a uniform feedstock suitable for pelletizing, briquetting, or fermentation, improving biomass fuel quality and energy output by 10%–15%.
?
1. Solid waste mixers and agitators are designed for continuous operation in harsh environments. With high-torque motors and reinforced structural components, they maintain stable performance when handling high-viscosity, fibrous, or abrasive materials. The equipment ensures uniform blending, which is critical for downstream processes such as separation, composting, or biomass conversion. Consistent mixing reduces material clumping and improves processing efficiency, helping operators achieve better throughput and material quality.
2. Mixers can be configured to match specific processing needs. Available options include adjustable mixing volumes, multiple blade types, reinforced wear surfaces, and corrosion-resistant materials. Equipment can also be integrated with control systems for automated operation. These configurations ensure compatibility with different waste types—such as sludge, plastics, or organic matter—and improve process adaptability in various facility layouts.
3. Technical support includes layout design, installation supervision, and operational training. Post-installation services cover preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and supply of spare parts. Full service coverage helps reduce downtime, maintain equipment performance, and extend service life under intensive use.
